Our AI models are trained on publicly available data and licensed datasets. Outputs may occasionally resemble existing works due to the nature of generative AI. You agree to use generated content responsibly and attribute it appropriately if required by applicable laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or generate through the Services (“User Content”). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, and distribute it as necessary to provide and improve the Services.
- We do not claim ownership over your User Content, but you acknowledge that we may use anonymized data from it to train and enhance our AI models.

- For audio and video uploads, ensure you have all necessary consents from individuals featured in the material. We are not responsible for any claims arising from your uploads.
- Generated outputs based on your inputs become your property upon creation, subject to the license you grant us for Service operation.

Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services in any manner that:

We monitor usage and may report suspected illegal activities to authorities. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.
Intellectual Property

Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends, and you must cease all use. Provisions that survive termination include those on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law.
We will retain your User Content as needed for legal or operational purposes but will delete it upon request where possible.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue. For users outside the U.S., you consent to the application of California law.
